Twenty-Five Years of Capital Discipline.
International Investors Clubs was founded in 1998 on a single conviction: that good advice and fair collaboration are not different things — they are the same thing.
Institutional Power, Democratically Held.
We envision a world where the private investor is no longer the weakest party at the table. Where access, leverage and protection — long reserved for institutions — belong to a disciplined collective of individuals.
IIC exists to make that structure real: a club where each member carries institutional weight, and the company's interests are bound to theirs.
To Stand on the Same Side of the Table.
Our mission is to align every incentive between the company and its members. We commit to five things, without exception:
- We Co-Invest. IIC places its own capital into the assets it presents — never spectators, always partners.
- First-Loss Position. If an asset underperforms, the company absorbs the loss before any member does.
- No Performance, No Fee. We do not charge a success fee unless the member realizes a return.
- Ownership in Your Name. Assets are registered to the member directly on the government land registry — never through IIC.
- Only Deals We've Closed. We present nothing we have not underwritten and closed ourselves.
The People Behind the Structure.
We built IIC on one principle: good advice and fair collaboration are not different things. They are the same thing.
Ronen Manoach founded International Investors Clubs in 1998 and has led its underwriting discipline for more than 25 years. A member of the Israeli Chamber of Business Advisors (I.C.B.A.), he has guided capital across multiple market cycles and geographies.
His conviction is unchanged: protection first, performance second. Every structure IIC builds is designed so that the company shares the member's risk before it shares the member's reward.
Jordan Joseph Dahan brings five years of active experience in real estate and hospitality to IIC, combined with a proven track record in business development and brand strategy. Jordan has led marketing for major Israeli companies across multiple sectors, managed national campaigns for luxury brands and guided early-stage startups from zero to market presence.
Protection First. Performance Second.
Most investment advisors begin with 'how do we grow?' We begin with 'what could go wrong?'
Every asset we present has passed a deep, conservative haircut on its projected gross operating revenues. We examine the worst case first — and only if the numbers hold there do we move forward.
We do not manage money we do not understand. We do not present deals we have not closed ourselves. And we do not charge a success fee unless you profit.
That is the philosophy. And it has implications for every decision we make.
